Founded in 1960, it supports over 900 producers with financing, processing, and export services.

At altitudes of 1,450–1,900m, Coopedota’s farms benefit from ideal microclimates, producing around 60,000 bags of high-quality coffee each year. All coffee is processed at their advanced mill, where cherries are carefully sorted for quality and certification.

Coopedota is the world’s first CO2-neutral certified coffee producer and roastery, leading the way in sustainable coffee. Committed to both the environment and the community, they’ve recently expanded with a café at their mill to promote coffee tourism.

16g coffee with 32g of water. Wait 30 secs for bloom. Add 224ml of water. Swirl and wait 2-3mins for extraction.

Chemex 6 cup

30g coffee with 60ml of water. Wait 30 secs for bloom. Add 420ml of water. Swirl and wait 2-3mins for extraction.

Aeropress Traditional

17.5g coffee with 200ml of water. Agitate and wait 30 secs. Add 80ml of water and agitate. Plunge after 1min 30 sec.

Plunger

30g coffee with 500ml of water. Wait 5 minutes. Agitate. Plunge after 5 mins and 10 secs.
