Filter and espresso drinkers who enjoy rich tropical fruit notes with a sweet, chocolatey finish. Excellent as a pour-over or batch brew, offering vibrant mango and stone fruit character with a velvety, indulgent close.
Sourcing & Ethics
Sourced from Bekele Kachara's 10-hectare farm in Murago village, Sidama. Grown using pesticide-free, sustainable methods. Anaerobic naturally processed at origin, sealed at 24°C for 96 hours before a 20-day shaded drying on African raised beds. Roasted in Western Australia.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, light, and moisture.
Allow 7–10 days rest from roast for peak flavour.
Once opened, reseal tightly and enjoy within 3–4 weeks.
