Skullcap, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Passionflower, Rose Petals & Lavender.

Serving Suggestions

Add 1 teabag and brew in 100ºC water for 5-10 minutes. Add a dash of honey for sweetness. 1 or 2 cups consumed 30 minutes - 1 hour before sleep is optimal. 

Storage

Store below 18ºC in a dry place, out of light.
